- 30 push ups
- 50 meters of walking lunges
- 30 dips
- 50 meters of walking lunges
- 30 sit-ups
- 100 meters of walking lunges
- 100 meter sprint to the end
On the bright side, my mile time was in the 8's, which was the fastest mile I have run in a while, and a 30+ second improvement over the timed mile I ran about a month or so ago. So that is good. But I so stink at lunging, I gave back all sorts of time trying to get through them. I guess I will have ample opportunity this cycle to work on yet another weakness of mine.
