Boot camp - New Cycle

So I am not sure I remember the last time I was at boot camp on the first day of a cycle for an assessment. The assessment was:
  • Run a mile
  • 100 meters of walking lunges
  • 30 push ups
  • 50 meters of walking lunges
  • 30 dips
  • 50 meters of walking lunges
  • 30 sit-ups
  • 100 meters of walking lunges
  • 100 meter sprint to the end

On the bright side, my mile time was in the 8's, which was the fastest mile I have run in a while, and a 30+ second improvement over the timed mile I ran about a month or so ago. So that is good. But I so stink at lunging, I gave back all sorts of time trying to get through them. I guess I will have ample opportunity this cycle to work on yet another weakness of mine.
