I have been home for two days and it has been nice to be back. I have able to get some rest, see some friends, and sleep in my own bed.
Tonight I also went to boot camp. It was the first time in a few weeks, and while it was difficult, I was happy to be there. Tonight's work out was to: run 800m, followed by 30 broad jumps, followed by another 800m, followed by 30 push ups, followed by another 800m, followed by 30 hanging knees to elbows, followed by 800m and finally 30 "supermans". I finished in 30 minutes, although not all my push ups were from the toes. But it sure was nice to work out again with the group, it had been way too long.
Well, I have to get back to preparing so I can head back out tomorrow. I am going back to Connecticut for the rest of the week. But I do plan to do a better job getting my exercise in!
