Rain Drops Keep Falling On My Head

As I started writing this, I was in Connecticut. I flew in late Tuesday night and it has rained on an off again since I have been here. It kind of makes more more home sick, since it reminds me of the beautiful and hot California weather I am missing.

My trip though has otherwise been uneventful. I even did the WOD today, although I had to make some modifications. I ended up flying home on Friday, went hiking on Saturday and was welcomed by the sunshine!

Here is a picture I took of downtown when hiking. It was a great day. I came back to Connecticut on Monday and it was raining - but at least there was a rainbow out the window of the plane:

While I was expecting to be back in Connecticut for another 12 days, I unexpectedly headed home Saturday morning, which made me very happy. And yes it was raining Saturday morning when I left.
