Well, in addition to catching up on my blogging -- I have been trying to get back to exercising on a regular basis.
Today at Crossfit was a 5k rowing time trial.
The good news - my time was 24:20.5 - a PR.
The bad news - somehow got a blister after the first 800 meters. Made the last 4200 meters a bit more painful than they needed to be.
Note to self - tie shoes tighter when rowing.
