A Chance To Go Hiking

Well, if you look back at my blog, about a month ago I said, I was "back at it." Turns out that was not to true. Unfortunately, I have not been getting to boot camp, riding my bike, or anything else as much as I would have liked in the past 4 weeks. It has been another 4 weeks of non-stop traveling - and this time even including the weekends (which just adds insult to injury.) But Sunday afternoon, after getting back from Dallas a few hours earlier, I did hike a few miles, and took some time to appreciate the views of the ocean.

It was nice to be exercising and outdoors again.

I head to Connecticut next week for a few days. Home for the weekend and early the following week and then off to Austin again for a few days. But then home for the weekend - and hoping that things will get back to much more of a routine again.

As an aside, how do you know you are traveling too much? For me, I realized I was traveling too much when I was able tell the flight attendants on my delayed flight where they could find certain food concessions in the Dallas airport.

At least you can keep a good, positive attitude during all this hectic traveling. And you get out when you can instead of just parking yourself in front of the TV. Oh that would be me!

When you're back in town, we need to do another bike ride!

Trust me, I have spent more than my fair share of time parked in front of a TV.

I am now around on the weekends, just a few midweek trips, so let's just pick a day!!!
