So last night was supposed to be speed work for the Pasadena Marathon. Another opportunity to tackle 200m repeats, although this time we only were to take 45 seconds of rest (max) between each one.
If you look at my prior posts, my goal for the 200m repeats was between 1:02 and 1:04 per repeat. The last time (when I was training much more regularly - a recent theme I know) this was relatively easy, but then we also had a 1 minute break per repeat. Tonight, not so easy, although I did beat the goal each time.
1) 57 seconds; 2) 58 seconds; 3) 59 seconds; 4) 59 seconds; 5) 1 minute, 2seconds; 6) 1 minute; 7) 1 minute, 1 second; 8) 1 minute 2 seconds; 9) 1 minute, 1 second; and 10) 1.00 minute.
Although this was a bit of a struggle, my right quad was hurting, and would have preferred to be a few seconds faster each time, I guess on the bright side I was out there at least.

Sounds to me like you got a good speed work session in. Those time are no easy feat.
I wouldn't know a "fast" time if it bit me on the ankle. All speed work is a bitch, so nice job on the effort!
