My first trip to Connecticut in about a month took me back for a deposition. I thought it would finish not too late on Friday, allowing me to come home Friday night. But it did not end until almost 7 p.m., leaving me stranded and unhappy until Saturday morning.
Saturday I got up early, flew home, fought traffic on the 110, fought traffic by the Rose Bowl (Amgen Bike tour was finishing) and then met up with Jane for a bike ride (about an hour) and very short jog.
Sunday, we then got up and went to do the LAOC event. We had a good time - came in 4th.
After that, Jane and I headed to the pool for 25 laps.
