Clear Weakness - January 6

Today was a clear window into how much strength and fitness I have lost over the past few months.  Even a handful of burpies were challenging

Went to Crossfit:
Back squat 5x3 @ 70lbs
Bench press 5x3 @ 55 lbs

Then had to do 200m sprints x 6.  After the first two I was pretty gassed and 4 and 5 were just dreadful.  Times:  :45, :46, :48, :51, : 53:, 51.  Not great, but finished.

Then took a walk w/ Kary around the Rose Bowl.  Walk felt good to loosen up my sore legs.

Did figure out I need some new road running shoes, so deciding whether to stick to what's known or try something new.  Time for some internet research!
