January 3rd

Made it to Crossfit - starting over.  Lost a lot of strength, but looking forward to working on getting stronger.   So took my back squat down to 65 lbs and my press down to 38lbs.  Then 3 rounds of 20 ball slams and 10 broadjumps - time of 5:27. 

Here's to a stronger 2011!
