Fran

Made it to Crossfit today.  What was waiting for me??? Fran.

Fran is a work out of squat thursters and pull-ups
21-15-9 reps

I used 53 lbs for the thrusters, blue and red band for pull-ups - total time 9:51. 

Think I need to drop down bands.  Will check that out next week. 

Arms were feeling pretty shaky after and we'll see how my legs feel in the morning.
